We're looking for a motivated Research Associate to join our team and help deliver impactful insights for clients across industries. In this entry-level role, you'll get hands-on experience with the full research cycle -- from survey design and client communications to data analysis and reporting. If you're detail-oriented, curious about what drives consumer opinion, and eager to grow your career in market research, this role is a great fit.
Here's a Breakdown Of What You'll Do
Assist with survey design, questionnaires, and sampling to meet client objectives
Act as the day-to-day contact for clients and project collaborators
Coordinate and manage multiple projects at once, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery
Partner with suppliers when needed to ensure high-quality data collection at reasonable costs
Analyze and interpret final datasets, creating clear, visually engaging reports (PowerPoint or similar)
Guide clients through findings using YouGov's analytics tools and software
What You Need To Get An Interview
1-2+ years of experience in market research
Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously (survey design, client contact, reporting)
Solid understanding of primary research methods across sectors
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
Proficiency with MS Office and basic statistics
Desired qualifications (bonus points!)
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and a collaborative team mindset
