Job Specifications
Cybersecurity Engineer - Identity & Access Specialist
Every organization has a front door. Ours has many: cloud environments, enterprise apps, networks, and privileged accounts. Your mission? Make sure only the right people ever walk through.
As our Cybersecurity Engineer, you won't just be monitoring dashboards or writing reports--you'll be building and deploying the security controls that keep threats out. You'll be the one turning strategy into architecture, and architecture into hardened, living systems.
What you'll do
Engineer security from the ground up: Design, configure, and deploy technologies that protect critical networks, systems, and applications.
Own identity and privilege: Build and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) using CyberArk or BeyondTrust, and configure IAM solutions across Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, and AWS IAM.
Harden and validate: Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to prove that controls work as designed.
Automate and accelerate: Use Python, PowerShell, Bash, SQL, or APIs to connect tools, build SOAR workflows, and eliminate manual drudgery.
Secure the cloud: Strengthen Azure and AWS environments with both native security services and integrated SIEM solutions.
Collaborate and elevate: Work across IT and business teams, embed security into applications, and mentor peers in secure engineering practices.
What we're looking for
Hands-on builder: You have engineered, deployed, and tuned BeyondTrust or CyberArk environments--not just administered them.
Identity expert: Skilled at configuring IAM solutions across cloud and enterprise environments.
Automation mindset: Experienced with scripting, APIs, or SOAR workflows to improve efficiency and response.
Cloud fluency: Familiar with securing workloads in Azure and AWS using native and third-party security tools.
Compliance aware: Comfortable aligning security designs with regulatory and internal standards.
Why join us?
This role is for someone who doesn't just want to maintain security controls, they want to design them, break them, rebuild them stronger, and mentor others along the way. You'll have the space to innovate, automate, and bring real engineering creativity to cybersecurity.
If you're the kind of engineer who thinks like a builder and a breaker, who sees security as an evolving craft, this is where you'll thrive.
