About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer with expertise in Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies for one of our clients. This is a full-time contract role where you will act as both a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from advanced security solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, influence product development, and drive customer adoption in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies to help customers and partners maximize product adoption.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design, integrate, and implement network security and endpoint solutions.
Act as a customer advocate, influencing the product roadmap, leveraging new features, and identifying innovative use cases.
Ensure customers achieve rapid implementation and operationalization of solutions to meet security objectives.
Partner with account teams to deliver high-visibility technical success strategies, including account and product-level success plans.
Manage customer escalations and maintain trusted relationships through effective resolution.
Share customer insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional services.
Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW platforms (highly desirable).
Experience with enterprise networking products such as routers, switches, servers, wireless solutions, monitoring, and management tools.
Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
Relevant certifications (PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar) are highly desirable.
Proven experience as a trusted technical advisor across diverse client teams.
Strong background in customer escalations, account management, and project management.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and uphold the values of Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and Integrity.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
