We're Hiring! HRIS Data & Reporting Manager (6-12-month Day Rate role inside IR35)

Based in London Office 2 days per week

Are you ready to turn HR data into game-changing insights?

We're on the hunt for a data-savvy leader who can drive HR reporting, own data governance, and create dashboards that make our senior leaders say "wow."

In this role you'll:

Lead our HR data & reporting strategy

Build powerful Power BI dashboards

Champion data quality & governance

Mentor a small but mighty reporting team

What we're looking for

A natural problem-solver who loves data, people, and impact.

A natural flair to be able to liaise with the C-Suite and stake holders in the business.
