Job Specifications

As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you'll be the bridge between AI research and real-world client impact by engineering solutions, solving client challenges, and driving adoption.

In this role, you will:

Identify and address customers' most critical multi-step processes, ensuring AI agents can operate reliably in high-stakes environments leveraging Rippletide technologies.
Design modular, resilient systems that balance rapid innovation with long-term technical sustainability.
Foster a culture of collaboration and co-creation, aligning cross-functional teams around shared insights and impact-driven outcomes.

You will be a good fit if :

3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in high-velocity environments. Equivalent depth of technical expertise demonstrated through impactful projects is also valued.
Strong background in AI/ML systems
Proficiency in Python, Typescript and strong command of English.
Track record of building and launching production systems from APIs and services to infrastructure and data pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt and deliver in ambiguous, customer-facing contexts.
Communication skills (clear, concise, and persuasive, both written and verbal).
Bias toward action : comfortable owning projects end-to-end, moving quickly from idea to shipped solution, and iterating fast.
Openness to occasional travel in San Francisco.
