Location: Chicago, IL - hybrid onsite 3 days per week

Join a growing Cloud Platform team within a premier financial services firm, contributing to the development and modernization of the Global Family Office (GFO) SaaS solution. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior-level developer to lead cloud-native initiatives and shape the future of enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Java development experience (Java 17+)
Deep expertise in Azure (AKS, APIM, App Gateway, Key Vaults, Front Door, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
Mastery of Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, and release management
Background in financial services or wealth management
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Confluence
Cloud certifications (Azure)
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend components using Java (Spring Boot)
Analyze legacy applications and produce technical design documentation
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Lead debugging and troubleshooting efforts
Mentor junior developers and support issue resolution
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
