Job Title: Software Engineer Specialized in Data and Integrations

Department: Technology / Systems

Reports To: VP of Operations

Job Objectives:

bXperts is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Data and Integrations to drive digital transformation by optimizing processes, integrating SaaS platforms, and implementing a cloud-based data platform to enhance reporting and decision-making, with the objectives outlined below.

Manage and maintain the company's digital administrative and operational processes.
Configure, maintain, and integrate SaaS platforms including Monday, QuickBooks, SharePoint, O365, and Jotforms.
Develop strategies for process optimization and automation to support digital transformation.
Lead the implementation of a cloud-based data platform (Azure) to centralize company information and generate decision-making reports.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and improve integrations between different systems and technology platforms using Power Automate, Python scripting, and REST APIs.
Document existing administrative and operational processes, identifying areas for automation and integration opportunities.
Propose a data management and governance framework for the implementation of the centralized platform.
Develop databases and design ETL/ELT data flows (pipelines) for data transmission to the data platform.
Provide technical support and training to users and various departments to facilitate digital transformation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Previous experiences in process integration or automation across different organizational areas.
Leadership skills and ability to manage projects in coordination with non-technical roles through effective communication.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
3 to 5 years of experience in the following technologies.

Work Location:

This position can be based at bXperts' U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, GA, or performed fully remotely.
