Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a QA Test Analyst 3 in Nashville, TN. The work will be done onsite. This is a long-term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $62/hr including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay.

Our customer is the largest manufacturer of construction equipment in the world.

Job Description - Salesforce QA/BA Developer

* Collaborate with technical teams and business users to gather and document requirements for Salesforce projects.

* Design and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.

* Create and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and data sets for testing Salesforce functionalities. * Identify and recommend improvements within existing workflows based on thorough business analysis.

* Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

* Document test results and work closely with developers to resolve any defects.

* Provide training sessions for end-users on new features or enhancements in Salesforce.

Typical task breakdown:

* Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow.

* Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily/weekly SCRUM. Interaction with team:

* Highly collaborative environment.

* We follow Agile principles

Work environment: This is a Nashville based location. Till 2025 1 day a week continuing to 2026 will be 5 days at office.

Education & Experience Required:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.

* 5-7 years related experience required.

Top Skills:

* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

* Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

* Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and it's various uses

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, experience cloud etc.
Experience with software testing tools is preferred but not mandatory if strong manual testing skills are demonstrated.
Knowledgeable about SQL queries and database concepts.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
