Position Summary

The SVP, Business Systems will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and serve as a key member of the IT leadership team. This executive will lead the global strategy, execution, and governance of business systems and digital transformation across TKO.

As a strategic partner to Business Unit (BU) leadership, the SVP will work closely with senior business leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences across major events and rightsholder partnerships. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen to effectively integrate systems, deliver innovative solutions, and manage the critical interface between IT and the business.

In addition, the SVP will play a critical role in enabling AI-powered capabilities across business systems, ensuring seamless digital experiences across customer, employee, and partner journeys.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of business processes, a track record of transformational leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in the Sports and Entertainment industry would be ideal, but candidates with exceptional business technology experience from other industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the current and future business application portfolio for the company and develop a comprehensive IT business applications strategy and roadmap aligned with TKO's business objectives and evolving technology needs.
Ensure business continuity and operational resilience through robust application architectures, disaster recovery planning, and 24/7 service support.
Serve as the primary IT liaison to business unit leadership, cultivating strong partnerships and ensuring alignment across functions.
Drive digital transformation Initiatives by prioritizing IT demand and delivering technology solutions that enhance operational performance, customer engagement, and TKO's competitive advantage.
Exemplify strong leadership within a matrix organizational structure, fostering collaboration and effective decision-making across teams and functions.
Mange the business application team budget, create business cases and model program/project ROI.
Oversee the successful execution of IT programs and projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality outcomes, while providing regular executive-level updates on portfolio health and progress.
Shape the future-state vision for TKO's system landscape, identifying synergies across TKO business segments to streamline the IT ecosystem which powers reporting and analytics.
Partners with the Head of Data & AI Services to ensure seamless integration between business applications, data systems and AI platforms.
