Lead Developer (Hands-On)

Location: Paris - Hybrid Remote

Salary: EUR60,000 - EUR75,000

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a forward-thinking, profitable company revolutionizing the SaaS & AI industry with state-of-the-art technology. Bridge between Product - Devs - Technical Experts.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of impactful solutions, taking full ownership of the delivery of large-scale projects, and leading architectural decisions, growing their engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare for Sprints: Clarify technical decisions with stakeholders and break down stories into clear, actionable tasks.
Coordinate Daily Work: Serve as the team's technical point of contact and ensure smooth communication across Product, Devs, and Experts.
Ensure Code Quality: Review code thoroughly, promote clean practices, and uphold company standards.
Support the Team: Foster collaboration, mentor teammates, and lead by example.
Maintain System-wide Vision: Understand the broader impact of tech decisions, identify risks, and raise issues when needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Excellent, proactive communication skills with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork
Familiarity with technologies such as:

Backend

Python (FastAPI, Celery)
Node.js (TypeScript)
PHP (custom framework & legacy code)

Front-end:

React / Next.js

Architecture & Standards:

Clean Architecture, Microservices, RabbitMQ, Redis
CI/CD with GitLab, Docker, etc.
