Found in zone 6 with good transport links in and out of London, Kingston is a vibrant and diverse university town which creates the rich sense of community shared across the borough and its Residents. About The Role And Our Ideal Candidate

This is a fixed term role until the end of March 2026 with the possibility of a further 1 year extension (until March 2027). The purpose of the role is to provide administration support for our Accelerated Career and Employment Support (ACES) programme.

You will be expected to:

Complete all necessary paperwork / data input to record learner, programme and employer details / status / progress for the ACES Programme
Support the small team of IAG & Vocational Lead, Employer Engagement Officer(s) and Employment Support Advisor(s) with any administration requirements for the ACES Programme
Support learners on the programme with any basic IT requirements (eg. accessing online forms, producing / printing CVs etc.)

Our ideal candidate will have experience providing administration support to a team.
