Node Software Engineer x2

We need two Senior Backend Engineers to work on some critical new projects and performance enhancements for one of the world's best loved applications.

Location: Remote across UK or Europe

Duration: three months

Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS (ideally), REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Performance, Testing

What You'll Bring

* Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills (NestJS is a big plus, similar frameworks is OK)

* Proven experience optimising performance for large files, bulk operations, streaming data

* Understand event-driven systems, queues, scalable API design (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger)

* Solid testing knowledge (unit, integration, Jest)

* A pragmatic approach to shipping efficient, maintainable code

* Bonus: experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
