Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of AI to lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence strategies across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, managing AI initiatives, and ensuring the effective integration of AI solutions into business processes to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the organisation's AI strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.

Lead the research, development, and deployment of AI models and solutions.

Manage and grow a high-performing AI and data science team.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for AI adoption.

Oversee the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organisation at the forefront of AI innovation.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems and platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior AI, machine learning, or data science leadership role.

Strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or related fields.

Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering large-scale AI projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance, and compliance considerations.

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline.
