Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer brand service and prioritize the customer shopping experience
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise, collections, and brand history to maximize sales opportunity.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Requirements

Previous experience working within retail customer service
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities
Strong e-commerce background, knowledge of Shopify
