Location: Brussels, Remote/On-site (as required)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain & Logistics Expert to join their team on a contract basis in this Mobile Telecoms environment.
This role is focused on enhancing our order management, inventory management, and reporting processes to support operational excellence and future growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with outstanding interpersonal and change management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Provide strategic recommendations for future-state supply chain processes aligned with company vision.
Optimize end-to-end supply chain and clarify purchase order governance with internal and external stakeholders.
Streamline and document logistics processes, ensuring adoption by subcontractors, logistics service providers, and internal teams.
Define requirements for a new workflow tool.
Inventory Management
Design effective processes to monitor and control stock levels, balancing customer demand with cost efficiency.
Forecasting & Planning
Develop forecasting and planning processes aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Reporting & Data
Assess current reporting practices and implement improved data structures and reporting tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting cadence, and communication channels.
Support stock data modelling for future data warehouse development.
Operating Model & Change Management
Evaluate the feasibility of consolidating warehouse operations.
Drive change management initiatives, redefining roles and responsibilities as needed.
Facilitate training and workshops for all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in order management, logistics, and inventory management.
Strong analytical background with experience in data modelling.
Skilled in process documentation and workflow optimization.
Proficiency in WMS, ERP (SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills (empathy, influence, adaptability, trust-building).
Demonstrated ability in project and change management.
Fluency in English (mandatory); French is an asset.
