A fast-growing, tech-led company is building a new data platform to support advanced analytics and machine learning. This is a greenfield opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping data engineering best practice within a small, collaborative team.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models in Databricks (Azure) and DBT
Work with Python and SQL to deliver high-quality solutions
Handle large, complex datasets across end-to-end projects
Collaborate with stakeholders in a dynamic, scale-up environment
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in Data Engineering
Strong hands-on skills with Databricks + DBT (non-negotiable)
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Proven ability to deliver significant, varied data projects
Self-directed, motivated, thrives in lean teams
