Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Stack TypeScript Developer (Mid-Senior) with strong development experience and a genuine interest in architecture.

Your role will be that of a technical reference: evaluating trade-offs, choosing the right solution at the right time, helping the team maintain a high level of quality, and ensuring clear documentation of technical decisions.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack features (front & back) using TypeScript.
Act as a technical reference (non-managerial), with a direct impact through your decisions and code.
Uphold and contribute to Clean Code principles and best development practices, while adapting to the team's maturity.
Participate in architecture design and guide technical decisions by evaluating multiple approaches.
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase.
Identify and reduce technical debt through targeted and thoughtful refactoring.
Write and maintain automated tests to ensure platform robustness.

Profile

6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
3+ years of experience with TypeScript (Node.js, modern frameworks).
Strong expertise in software architecture.
Ability to evaluate multiple options and propose pragmatic solutions.
Proficiency with SQL.
Solid experience with automated testing (unit & e2e).
Willingness to grow as a technical expert without managerial responsibilities.
Ability to deliver efficiently without compromising code quality.
