Company: CoeNexus - Change Management & Team Coaching.
We work with CAC 40 corporations and hypergrowth companies on leadership, AI adoption, and all types of transformation. Now we're scaling our offers and products -- and we need YOU to help us do it.
What You'll Do
Sales Funnel Mastery (Main Mission): Build, optimize, and maintain a sales funnel that actually converts. We'll invest 3,000EUR in your training so you get world-class skills (automation tools, CRM, copywriting, lead magnets, email sequences, analytics). After that, it's your playground.
Product & Offer Support: Help package, structure, and maintain our digital products (trainings, toolkits, workshops).
Content Support (Bonus): Assist in content creation (LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva/Notion templates). If you're creative with words, design, or video, that's a huge plus.
Client Development: Be comfortable reaching out, sparking conversations, and following up with potential clients.
Who You Are
M1 student in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or equivalent (school or uni doesn't matter -- brains, drive, and personality do).
Smart & Sharp. You learn fast, connect dots quickly, and don't need things repeated 10 times.
Confident & Charismatic. You know how to approach people and keep conversations alive without being pushy.
Entrepreneurial Spirit. You don't wait for instructions, you make things happen.
Result-driven. You like goals, and you like crushing them even more.
Autonomous. If you need hand-holding every day, this is not for you.
Fluent, professional English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
Bonus points if you're already interested in sales, funnels, or content creation.
This Internship Is NOT for You If...
You want a "chill" internship to just tick a box on your CV.
You think scrolling TikTok during working hours is "work."
You get stuck without constant supervision.
You don't like sales, human interaction, or ambitious goals.
Your English is approximate. Speaking and writing fluent, professional English is mandatory (our clients and content are international).

Practical Info
- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: Depending on the profile + training investment (3k).
- Location: Remote + occasional meetups in Paris.
- Start: January/February 2026 (flexible).
