SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead
Permanent | Hybrid (London, Farnborough, Newcastle, or Erskine)
Security Clearance Required: Sole British nationals
We're supporting a leading IT services and consulting company to hire an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead. This is a permanent role with hybrid flexibility and occasional client visits.
About the Role
You'll lead end-to-end S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, support pre-sales, and help clients unlock business value through scalable SAP solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited for someone with strong functional expertise and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO, AP, AR, GL, AA) implementations and workshops.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and test finance components, working with technical teams.
Support solution design, documentation, data migration, and go-live activities.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Experience & Skills
Several years of SAP Finance consulting experience, including multiple S/4HANA implementations.
Strong hands-on expertise in FI/CO modules and R2R processes.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, Embedded analytics, and reporting.
Exposure to MM, SD, or Project Systems integration is a plus.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and tools like JIRA or Signavio.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related.
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
Additional finance qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
