Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, with a strong background in transformer architectures. This role will contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions that enhance our product offerings and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement machine learning models for various applications, focusing on NLP tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability.
Research and apply the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in transformer architectures.
Develop APIs to facilitate model integration into production systems.
Document processes, designs, and best practices for machine learning deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in machine learning and natural language processing.
Solid understanding of Transformer architectures, tokenization, attention mechanisms, and common NLP techniques (e.g., summarization, retrieval-augmented generation, classification).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or equivalent for managing model lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
Familiarity with APIs and containerization using Docker is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
