Position: Non-CS STEM Generalists

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $50-$90/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities: (Training support will be provided)

Contribute to AI training workflows by supporting tasks within Gmail client interfaces
Review and process structured data formats, ensuring accuracy in digital workflows
Provide feedback and flag discrepancies to improve AI model performance
Assist in refining and documenting project workflows
Collaborate with AI teams and contribute to process optimization
Maintain detailed records of all tasks and support documentation

Requirements

Background in STEM or technical disciplines (undergraduate or master's students encouraged)
Digital native profile with experience using digital tools such as Gmail
Familiarity with JSON or structured data formats (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Adaptability to evolving workflows and quick learning capabilities
Comfortable working remotely and independently
