Are you ready to shape the future of Identity & Access Management while safeguarding critical systems and sensitive information? We're looking for a skilled CyberArk IAM Engineer with 5-6 years of experience to join a dynamic financial services environment.What you'll be doing:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure IAM and CyberArk solutions
Developing protocols, algorithms, and applications to protect sensitive data
Managing and protecting secrets, ensuring secure storage and usage
Leading audits, identifying vulnerabilities, and supporting incident response
Collaborating with developers, architects, and security teams to align solutions with business goals
Staying ahead of emerging cryptographic technologies and adopting best practices
Driving Privileged Identity & Access Management initiatives across the enterprise
What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk operations and implementations
Expertise in PSM Connector development and plugin customisation
Solid foundation in information security principles and controls
Strong decision-making ability during incidents/outages with clear stakeholder communication
Proven leadership or senior-level contribution, able to guide teams and influence strategy
