Harrington Starr has partnered with a global Investment Bank, seeking to hire a Director level Engineer with extensive .NET development experience within investment banking. This person must be confident translating complex business needs into functional solutions and be able to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of software solutions across trading technology systems, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Build and maintain the regional technology roadmap, consolidating systems into a consistent, scalable stack.
Manage a team of developers, fostering high performance, mentoring, and technical guidance.
Oversee vendor relationships, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.
Drive agile software development, system integration, and adoption of modern technologies, including cloud solutions.

Key Skills and Experience

Advanced full-stack development skills (.NET, .NET Core, C#, Python, SQL) and cloud technology experience.
Strong leadership experience managing high-performing development teams.
Knowledge of banking products, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements.
Experience delivering Agile projects, CI/CD, and DevSecOps solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with global stakeholder engagement.
