What You'll Do:

Build scalable data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured content into OpenSearch
Enhance our content retrieval engine to support natural voice queries with improved relevance and performance
Develop Python/Django middleware and RESTful APIs to support ingestion and search workflows
Manage OpenSearch clusters and AWS deployments for operational readiness
Configure indices, analyzers, and templates to optimize search capabilities
Collaborate with QA and analysts to ensure data integrity and system reliability
Lead testing, bug fixes, and production deployments

What We're Looking For:

3+ years in software development or data engineering
Strong Python skills with Pandas or PySpark
Hands-on experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
Skilled in RESTful API development and AWS cloud-native tools
Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP)
Bonus: Experience with Spring Framework
Independent, collaborative, and creative problem-solver
