Project Manager required to work with a growing consultancy specialising in bringing AI expertise into corporate environments, and we're looking for a mid-level Project Manager to help us get organised and deliver value both internally and with their clients.

This is a contract role with the potential to convert to permanent if it's a good fit.

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of internal projects and help establish the structure and discipline we need to scale. You'll:

Manage and coordinate internal initiatives (bid documents, templates, reporting, action tracking).
Support project governance, ensuring stakeholders and staff follow up on actions and deliverables.
Contribute to client-facing projects (approx. 20% of your time), supporting delivery alongside our consultants.
Bring best practices in project planning, communication, and delivery management.

What We're Looking For:

A proven track record as a Project Manager (ideally in tech, data, or consultancy environments).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to implement and improve processes.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring accountability.
Confident working in a fast-paced, small-company environment.
No AI experience required - but an appreciation of tech and data projects is desirable.
Experience with Notion - ideal
Prince2 Certified - ideal

Contract Details:

Day rate: PS450 - PS500 (Outside IR35)
Contract role, with potential contract-to-perm if mutually agreed.
Hybrid working (London-based).
