Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
Implement and optimize case management, knowledge management, lead management, and opportunity tracking.
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external enterprise systems.
Collaborate with Architects, Admins, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization within Salesforce.
Manage data migration, validation, and integration from legacy or third-party systems.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure code quality.
Support release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce best practices documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica), and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
Strong knowledge of case routing, Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and automation tools.
Hands-on experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Certifications
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (must-have).
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
