Your growth journey

You'll drive sales for a SaaS scale-up (Series A) experiencing 40% YoY growth, working with a proven ICP of IT service providers who genuinely love the product. With a lead generation system delivering a consistent pipeline (your top SDR fills your dairy like crazy), you'll focus your energy on what matters most: converting high-intent prospects into new customers. Your individual contribution will have a direct impact on international expansion.

What success looks like in this role

You'll own the sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract, building a track record of consistently attaining quota. Your performance will contribute to growth targets, with clear pathways to exceed your OTE. You'll establish yourself as the go-to expert for complex IT service providers' needs whilst building a foundation for future sales team expansion.

You're a proven hunter with a track record of quota achievement and career progression in B2B SaaS environments. Mid-level experience (3-6 years) in consultative selling is essential.
You've consistently hit targets and shown the drive needed for a fast-paced environment.
Experience with complex sales cycles and the resilience to thrive in an early-stage company setting will set you apart.

Compensation

Base salary between EUR50K-EUR75K based on experience level
OTE salary between EUR100K-EUR150K with uncapped earning potential
