Job Specifications

PE Global is recruiting Junior Software Engineers for our pharma client based in Wrexham. There are multiple positions available. This is an initial 12-month contract and the rate for this role is PS28.89 PAYE p/hour.

This role is hybrid working 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

Deploying scripts, updates and fixes.
Deploy applications via automation with configuration management tools.
Input and upload translations.
Verify all updates
Carry out testing and as required
Complete all relevant GxP documentation.

Qualifications

1+ of software engineering or software development experience with one or more relevant technologies OR a relevant computer science degree.
Learning experience using one or more of the following languages: Java, Javascript, ReactNative on personal projects.
Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering degree is preferred but not required.
Engineering mindset and problem solving skills, with focus on testing, are required.
Understanding of JSON file format
Demonstrable understanding of best practices in software engineering, including testing
Familiarity with Git Branching and versioning strategy
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
