Job Specifications

We're partnering with a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain team, backed by leading investors, to find a Senior Software Engineer to help shape their cutting-edge platform.

Responsibilities:

Write high-performance code
Debug, profile, and optimize complex distributed systems
Drive complex tasks to completion, communicate effectively, and participate in code reviews

Requirements:

Background in testing distributed systems.
Rust and Web3 background preferred
Based in NYC and Hybrid or willing to relocate (US and Canada Only)

Compensation:

$180K-$250K base salary (DOE).
Generous equity package.
