Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Developer

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Pay: $75-77/hr W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows, including Performance Analytics, UI Builder, and StreamConnect, while collaborating with clients to solve complex, enterprise-level challenges.

What You'll Do:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Ensure solutions align with functional, procedural, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with client stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and support large-scale initiatives.
Contribute to planning and execution of enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent via consulting, military service, or education.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including platform configuration, workflow design, and analytics.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow CSA certification
Experience with Performance Analytics, UI Builder, and StreamConnect
Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments
