Position Overview

As a Systems Administrator at RebalanceMD, you will be a cornerstone of our cloud migration and clinic expansion initiatives. You will own the administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD, while also managing hybrid systems and legacy infrastructure during decommissioning. You will lead or support high-impact projects, mentor junior staff, and help shape our IT standards as we scale. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing operational excellence with strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint security.
Manage hybrid servers, networking, firewalls, and Veeam backups.
Support the migration of file shares to SharePoint Online and decommission on-prem systems.
Develop and enforce Intune compliance, MFA, Microsoft Defender and zero-trust policies.
Automate processes using PowerShell and Microsoft workflows.
Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with leadership on IT roadmaps tied to clinic growth.
Occasionally perform after-hours work for major updates or cutovers.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of IT system administration experience, with cloud migration exposure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.
Experience with servers, virtualization, networking, and backups.
Certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associateand CompTIA Security+ are strong assets.
Familiarity with PHIPA/PIPEDA compliance in healthcare IT environments is a plus.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
