This position provides direction and oversight of transformational improvements of the Bank's business plans.

Responsibilities:

Drive the end-to-end delivery of products or features
Coordinate across cross-functional teams
Responsible for defining and tracking against workstream level plan
Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
Ensure on-time and within-scope delivery of work
Optimize team velocity, capacity planning, and workflow efficiency
Resolve blockers and escalate issues as needed
