We're looking for an enthusiastic AI Solutions Engineer to join our Big Data & Advanced Analytics team at Keyrus Belgium. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor and AI ambassador, helping enterprise clients explore, shape, and understand cutting-edge AI solutions.
What will you be doing in your role?
Architect and deliver GenAI systems, including prompt workflows, RAG pipelines, and intelligent assistants
Lead backend development in Python and Node.js, exposing LLM features via secure REST APIs
Collaborate with front-end teams (React) to deliver LLM-powered user experiences
Partner with business development teams to support technical pre-sales efforts, including crafting proposals, leading client presentations, and defining solution approaches
Serve as a product advocate and technical advisor during early project phases, helping shape client understanding and internal strategy
Deliver engaging and insightful AI training sessions, tailored to business audiences
Translate client challenges into actionable AI-driven solution concepts
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between technical vision and business value
Guide enterprise stakeholders through the possibilities and limitations of modern AI technologies
What will you bring?
Enthusiastic about AI, emerging tech, and solving real-world problems through innovation
Experienced in technical architecture and foundational AI/ML concepts
Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experienced in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or proposal development for enterprise clients
Comfortable delivering presentations, workshops, and demos to stakeholders at all levels
Collaborative, curious, and confident in ambiguous, early-stage project environments
Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business)
Expertise in AI, data science (Python), cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and software development (React, Node, Java, ...)
Exposure to enterprise innovation or digital transformation projects is advantageous
