Blue Chip Talent is looking for a skilled Analytics Analyst with expertise in Looker, Power BI, SQL, and Python to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll develop powerful reporting solutions, build dashboards, and design ETL pipelines--while also leveraging data engineering skills and contributing to AI/LLM-driven initiatives. Your work will deliver actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across retail operations and customer behavior analytics.

This role is analytics-focused and will be developing reports in Looker and Power BI
Data engineering skills, along with LLM exp, are nice to have

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards in Looker and Power BI, leveraging disparate data sources.
Use Large Language Models (LLMs) to support AI-driven analytics products.
Support business users with data pulls, report generation, and ad-hoc analysis.
Write Python scripts to design and optimize ETL processes.
Translate business questions into analytical models that provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with senior analysts to support complex modeling projects, operational analysis, and customer engagement studies.
Track KPIs, create dashboards, and deliver reporting solutions that measure operational performance and customer behavior.
Assist with digital analytics implementation, including tagging specifications, data validation, and performance monitoring.
Stay up to date on evolving tools, technologies, and methodologies in analytics and digital data capture.

Must-Have Skills

Looker & Power BI: 3+ years of hands-on experience
BigQuery: 2+ years
SQL: 5+ years (advanced proficiency)
Python: 2+ years
GCP Looker Development Expertise: 2+ years (Non-Negotiable)
Strong knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data or Information Sciences (or related field) with 1+ year experience
OR
Master's Degree in the above fields
