Job Specifications

Role: Data Science & AI Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Location: Norfolk, VA, USA

Security Clearance: Secret (or equivalent national level)

Open Roles

AI/ML Developer

Develop and optimise AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Build secure data pipelines and APIs for model integration.
Deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Full Stack Developer (AI/DS Applications)

Build and maintain secure front-end and back-end systems.
Create dashboards and user interfaces for AI-enabled applications.
Integrate AI/ML outputs into workflows; apply APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver secure, scalable solutions for AI applications.
Collaborate with engineers and analysts on integration.
Produce clear technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with secure coding and classified data handling standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

Eligibility for Secret (or equivalent) security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years' hands-on experience in AI/ML or full stack development.
Strong skills in Python/Java/C++, Data Pipelines, APIs, Cloud (AWS/Azure).
High English proficiency (written & spoken).
