About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Splunk ITSI, AIOps, and time-series data to support enterprise IT operations. The role involves building dashboards, analyzing large operational datasets, optimizing ETL workflows, and applying analytics/ML to improve system performance and reliability.

Key Skills

Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI and AIOps platforms
Strong in SQL and ETL processes
Knowledge of time-series databases
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to have: Python, cloud monitoring tools, ITIL/ITSM knowledge
