IT Project Manger
Salary - PS60,000 plus bonus

We are seeking a Project Manager (IT) to lead complex business transformation programmes across IT infrastructure, security, and application development projects. This role offers the opportunity to deliver strategic IT initiatives, shape project management practices, and help to mentor a growing team, all while driving change across multi-discipline and multi-location teams.
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of IT projects, aligning initiatives with organisational standards, and ensuring successful handover to operational teams. You'll play a key role in enhancing service delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, security, or application development domains.
Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Managing multi-discipline, virtual teams, and coordinating resources effectively.
Engaging with stakeholders, influencing decisions, and resolving conflicts to achieve project objectives.
Ensuring alignment with organisational standards, information security policies, and operational processes.
Overseeing project handover to support teams, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.
Mentoring colleagues and contributing to the development and growth of the project management team.
Maintaining professional development and keeping up-to-date with project management best practices.
What we're looking for:
5+ years' experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, business-critical projects.
PRINCE2 and/or Agile accreditation.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Experience leading multi-location, multi-discipline teams.
Technical project experience in IT infrastructure, security, or application implementation.
Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project (or equivalent).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively.
Results-oriented with focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Desirable:
Familiarity with (re)insurance terminology and business processes.
Experience managing large-scale test plans.
Knowledge of DevOps, Jira, or other software development lifecycle tools.
Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Outlook).
