Lead Business Analyst

Location: Telford, UK

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in delivering Pega BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, particularly within Pega environments, and a proven ability to work closely with UK-based Product Owners, business stakeholders, and global scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project scope and business requirements.
Lead and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and workshops.
Translate business needs into detailed specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform.
Write clear and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
Validate test scenarios and ensure alignment with the definition of ready.
Review implemented stories, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
Conduct elaboration sessions and lead "show and tell" demonstrations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Pega BPM projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficiency in documenting requirements and user stories in Pega.
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
