Now, we're looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team and help us create experiences and campaigns that capture attention and build meaningful connections.

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who's organised, creative, and passionate about both marketing and events. About The Role

As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations. You'll work closely with our marketing, creative, and communications teams to ensure everything we put into the world feels engaging, consistent, and on-brand. From campaign logistics to event management, this role offers a chance to contribute ideas, build skills, and play a key part in growing our brand presence.

What You'll Do

Campaign Support - Assist in planning, coordinating, and launching marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Events & Activations - Help organise and deliver events, partnerships, and brand activations that expand visibility and engagement.
Content & Messaging - Draft copy for social posts, newsletters, and event promotions, ensuring alignment with brand voice and identity.
Logistics & Coordination - Manage event schedules, vendor communications, and on-site setup to ensure smooth execution.
Creative Collaboration - Work with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life, from concept to launch.
Performance Tracking - Monitor campaign and event performance, compile reports, and provide insights for optimisation.
Brand Stewardship - Support in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree (or diploma) in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience or internships in marketing, events, or brand activations (agency or in-house).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
A passion for marketing, events, and creating memorable brand experiences.

What We Offer

A full-time, on-site role in London with opportunities for career growth.
Hands-on experience across marketing strategy, events, and brand activations.
Exposure to creative campaigns and high-profile events that make a real impact.
A supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
Competitive salary and benefits package.

How to Apply

If you're excited about marketing, passionate about events, and ready to kick-start your career by helping us create unforgettable brand experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
