Job Description

We are looking for a driven Contract / Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts and executing strategic procurement processes. You have experience in negotiating contracts, evaluating suppliers, and driving key collaborations. As the ideal candidate, you are commercially oriented and strong in managing operational and technical procurement processes.

Tasks

Negotiate and finalize contracts (commercial, terms & conditions, scope of work). You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the right agreements are made, without requiring legal expertise.
Manage procurement processes, preferably within a technical environment. You will be responsible for sourcing materials and services that support technical operations.
Evaluate and monitor suppliers. You will maintain strong relationships and manage framework agreements. Monitoring supplier performance is also part of your role.
You possess excellent negotiation skills and use these to control costs while ensuring quality deliveries.

Your profile

You possess a master's degree in supply chain management or relevant experience
Proven experience in contract negotiations, specifically with commercial and operational aspects.
You have experience in procuring technical products or services, preferably within an industrial or technical environment
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Knowledge of framework agreements, supplier evaluation, and contract assessment is a plus
You have strong negotiation skills and experience with supplier management
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
