Job title: Adenza Developer

Role Overview:

As an Adenza Axiom XL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using the AxiomSL ControllerView platform. This includes regulatory reporting modules for financial institutions

Key Responsibilities:

* Development & Configuration:

o Build and configure Axiom ControllerView components: Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthands, Portfolios, Aggregations, Freeform and Tabular Reports.

o Customize dashboards, workflows, and reports to meet business needs.

o Optimize and review existing code and configurations.

* System Integration:

o Integrate Axiom with upstream systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).

o Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization.

* Testing & QA:

o Create and execute unit tests and functional test plans.

o Troubleshoot and resolve defects in development and production environments.

* Support & Maintenance:

o Provide technical support for Axiom-related issues.

o Monitor production processes and ensure timely reporting.

* Collaboration & Documentation:

o Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.

o Document technical specifications, release notes, and change logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience:

o 5-10 years in software development.

o 3+ years hands-on with Axiom ControllerView (v9/v10, RegCloud).

o Experience with US regulatory reports.

* Technical Skills:

o Strong SQL/PLSQL and Oracle database skills.

o Familiarity with Snowflake, Python, Databricks (desirable).

o Unix shell scripting and ETL development.

o Knowledge of financial products and risk management.

* Soft Skills:

o Strong communication and analytical skills.

o Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Mandatory skills: Axiom ControllerView component development and maintenance

Years of experience required: 10-12 years of relevant tool experience
