Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our fast-paced, innovative product and technology team. In this hands-on technical role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services using Next.js, Node.js, and AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, SNS, and EventBridge.

This role requires autonomy, ownership, and the ability to lead initiatives within your domain. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into reliable solutions. Strong system design thinking will be critical as we scale.

Responsibilities

Write clean, well-structured code aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with senior and junior engineers on cutting-edge solutions.
Contribute to improving the codebase and standardizing practices.
Work with architects to validate and design software solutions.
Perform code reviews and manage deployment merges.
Partner with product owners and analysts to solve business challenges.
Estimate, plan, and deliver work within agile sprints.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases for optimization.
Actively participate in scrum ceremonies and ideation sessions.
Hold yourself and others accountable for delivery and quality.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong background with React.js and/or Next.js (6+ years).
4+ years of experience with Node.js.
Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with AWS (serverless, Lambda, SNS, EventBridge).
Skilled in developing and integrating REST APIs.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA.
Strong version control practices with Git.
Solid understanding of OOP concepts and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Data-driven decision-maker who thrives on challenges and high standards.

Nice to Have

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with PHP/Laravel.
Familiarity with Docker and serverless frameworks.
Exposure to fully OOP languages.
