About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer who will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate is not only hands-on with coding but can also architect, scale, and build the platforms that power our mobile ecosystem.

This role requires strong expertise in React Native combined with native mobile development skills (Java, Kotlin, Swift) and the ability to work across both frontend and platform-level development. Experience with web frameworks such as React or Angular is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native.
Build, integrate, and optimize native modules in Java, Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
Design and implement scalable platform solutions that support mobile applications.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Ensure applications meet performance, quality, and responsiveness standards.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and best practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend new tools/frameworks for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React Native.
Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
Experience with native bridges, APIs, and mobile SDKs.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and guidelines.
Proven ability to build and scale platforms supporting mobile applications.
Familiarity with React and/or Angular for web development.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and app store deployment processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical trade-offs.
Strong communication and leadership skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
