As Corporate Affairs Coordinator, you will support the Corporate Affairs team to enhance the external reputation of Sanofi and help drive policy changes to support patients, the healthcare system and the business.

Main Responsibilities

Work as a member of the Corporate Affairs team to deliver strategic support to priority areas for Sanofi. This will include working on both Public Affairs and Communications activities.
Support the delivery of digital campaigns, including websites and social media activities
Support media relations work, including writing materials such as press releases and organizing media interviews for Sanofi spokespeople
Support the organization and delivery of policymaker meetings, e.g. meetings with MPs
Support with desk research on the latest policy trends and updates in the UK
Support internal communications activities such as internal newsletters and events
Support with administrative tasks such as note taking and organisation of meetings

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Science (biology, biomedicine/medicine-related), or PR & Communications with an interest in science
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in writing and effective communication skills, demonstrated through studies or extracurricular activities
Genuine enthusiasm for science, healthcare, politics, and Sanofi's mission
Ability to work well within a team and show initiative independently
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and a basic understanding of social media platforms.
