Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days ONSITE in Bloomington, IL

Project Manager - Seeking a Resource with 5-10 years of experience Managing & Coordinating IT Projects in a fast paced setting, With Insurance Industry Experience Candidates will be responsible for working with the IT Managers and maintaining project schedules by following standard project management processes. Experience with cyber security and applications projects are highly desired. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Project Chartering, Project Planning, Daily Maintenance of Project Plans, Updating Project Activity , Issues & Risk Management, Team Review Meetings and Monthly Report Generation. Experience utilizing Broadcom Clarity PPM project management software is a plus.
Job Tasks and Deliverables:
Understand and use Network Logic Diagrams to identify task precedence relationships, durations, responsibilities and resources - for all activities scheduled within the project
Identify and be able to explain the project's critical path
Facilitate Project Planning sessions, create and maintain project schedules, including all necessary tasks, deliverables and milestones to complete the project
Generate project dashboards used to inform stakeholders of project schedule and budget status and any project issues throughout the project life cycle - from conception through delivery
Must have experience tracking, analyzing and providing status on project burndown and how it affects the budget
Enter project data into project management software during planning and re-planning sessions
Generate standard project reports, typically including:
Gantt charts displaying critical path, activity responsibility, early start data, project phase, etc.)
Tabular reports providing project schedule information in text format (updates, look ahead, etc.)
Network diagrams showing project activity precedence relationships
Issues reports recording project delivery issues and actions required to address these issues
Provide timely, routine, effective project status communications and updated project metrics to show project progress, issues management, project performance.
