ArrowSphere is a cloud management and distribution solution offered by Arrow ECS.
It simplifies the complexity of providing multi-cloud software and solutions by integrating major providers such as Microsoft, AWS, and IBM, serving 27 Arrow entities.
As part of the FinOps team, you will join the Billing department, which consists of seven employees.
You will be required to collaborate with various cross-functional teams (developers, data analysts, etc.).
What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing billing-related tasks:
Participating in the delivery of invoices.
Processing any data errors or issues that arise, resolving support tickets, etc. to improve the quality and delivery times of invoices.
Improving Billing Processes
Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
Improve Excel files: reconciliation files, detailed breakdown files for monthly invoices, etc.
Help the team, if necessary, to find and resolve any discrepancies in reports and/or daily data.
Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for automation.
Collaborate With Technical Teams To Implement Solutions
Liaise with data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve various data and other issues.
Communicate with these teams to create and/or improve reports that help anticipate potential data issues/inconsistencies, etc.
4. Participate in the creation of workflow documentation.
As a Business Operations Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and accuracy of data provided in the form of billing statements.
What We Are Looking For
1- Proficiency in Excel
2- Analysis, synthesis, communication
3. Autonomy, rigor, team spirit
4. Ease in creating/improving documentation
5. Proficiency in English and French
6. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence would be a plus
Generally requires a degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience
