Job Description: Junior AI Developer

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior AI Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong programming background, a solid understanding of basic machine learning concepts, and a passion for applying artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems. You will work under the guidance of senior developers to build, test, and deploy AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of AI and machine learning models for business applications.
Preprocess and organize datasets, ensuring accuracy and quality for training and testing.
Write and maintain Python scripts and code to support AI workflows.
Work with senior team members to train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
Help integrate AI models into production systems and applications.
Stay current on new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to support ongoing learning.
Document work, code, and processes for team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Solid programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or Scikit-learn.
Basic understanding of machine learning principles and exposure to frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with working with APIs, databases, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Coursework or internship experience in AI, machine learning, or data science projects.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision basics.
