The Role

We're looking for an Investor Relations Partner to build and manage relationships with institutional investors -- venture capital funds, family offices, private equity funds, investment banks, wealth management firms, investment advisors, and others.

You'll work with warm leads provided by us, conduct calls, present opportunities, and guide investors through the full deal cycle until closing.

What You'll Do

Engage directly with institutional investors and senior decision-makers.
Present investment opportunities and clearly communicate the value of our SPV structures.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
Support investors through onboarding and documentation in collaboration with compliance & operations.
Keep CRM records of investor interactions and pipeline status up to date.

What We Expect

3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Institutional Sales, or Fundraising.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of private markets, SPVs, and institutional investment dynamics.
Proactive, independent, and comfortable managing multiple investor relationships simultaneously.

This is a contract-based partnership role with performance-driven earnings, directly linked to closed investments and investment volumes.
