Crossing Hurdles is a recruitment firm. We refer top candidates to our partners working with the world's leading AI research labs to help build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Creative Writers and Generalists

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $45-$50/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Ongoing with long-term potential

Commitment: 20-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Contribute to AI research projects across domains such as Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation.
Evaluate AI-generated content for creativity, originality, empathy, and clarity.
Provide structured feedback to refine AI model performance.
Apply broad expertise, critical thinking, and sound judgment to diverse writing and conversational tasks.
Work asynchronously and independently with flexible working hours.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to apply consistent judgment and attention to detail.
Reliable, responsive, and able to manage deadlines in a remote environment.
