We're looking for a Senior AI + Backend Developer who can bridge the gap between enterprise backend engineering and cutting-edge AI development. If you have a strong track record of building scalable backend systems and delivering AI-powered solutions into production, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview
As a Sr AI + Backend Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable applications. You'll work across Java (Spring Boot) and Python, integrating LLMs, LangChain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines into enterprise-grade platforms. You'll leverage cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), microservices, and API-first architectures to deliver reliable solutions from concept to launch.
This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who thrives in building end-to-end solutions and is passionate about bringing AI into real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend microservices and SaaS applications.
Build and integrate AI-powered solutions using LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems.
Ensure solutions meet security, observability, and performance best practices.
Deploy applications across AWS / GCP using containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Collaborate in an Agile SDLC environment to deliver high-quality features quickly.
Seamlessly integrate backend and AI workflows into enterprise-grade platforms.
Core Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
Proven experience building microservices, SaaS solutions, and API-first architectures.
Hands-on AI development with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Cloud deployment experience with AWS / GCP, plus containerization & DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of security, observability (logging, metrics, tracing), and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile SDLC and low-code/no-code platforms.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and schema-first development.
Experience designing plugin architectures and extensibility frameworks.
Exposure to frontend (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript) for full-stack collaboration.
